Sales Support Representative

As a leader in the MRO industry, we partner with customers to make sure they have the right maintenance and repair parts on hand when needed. We’re looking for a Sales Support Representative with the energy and motivation to make an impact on our growing sales team.
Our Sales Support Representatives enjoy the flexibility of working from a home office and visit customer locations daily. We offer 401k plus vision, dental and medical benefits.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support assigned sales representative(s) by assisting with account setups, performing vendor-managed inventory (VMI) services and providing technical expertise to customers.
- Achieve high customer satisfaction and repeat business through positive, long-term relationship building.
- Manage customer inventory and replenish supplies as appropriate.
- Maintain storage bins and labels in professional condition, relabeling as required.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- High School Diploma or higher
- Experience in the MRO industry is preferred
- Minimum one year of experience in sales or a related field
- Driver’s license and means of transportation
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
