**Service Coordinator**

Pop-A-Lock is one of Canada’s largest and most trusted locksmiths. We pride ourselves on providing top-quality service to automotive, residential, and commercial customers. As we continue to grow the business, we are looking to hire a Service Coordinator.

**As our service coordinator you will**:

- Recommend solutions, provide quotes, book appointments
- Dispatch and schedule field service personnel
- Order and track inventory
- Manage accounts receivable
- Receive / deposit customer payments
- Organize and maintain office and warehouse facilities
- Assist with marketing and sales activities as needed

**Here is what will qualify you**:

- Extensive customer service experience and skills
- An exceptional ability to communicate both verbally / over-the-phone and in writing
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to multi-task

This is a full-time position with hybrid / work-from-home flexibility after an initial training period during which in-person attendance will be required.
