**Position: Night Auditor, Overnights (Front Desk Operations)**

**The Role at a Glance**:This position plays a key role within our hotels. The Night Auditor is Responsible for overseeing the front desk operations on the overnight shift - hours are typically 11pm - 7am. Our overnight auditor is responsible for greeting and assisting guests and processing check-in/out transactions and ensuring the end-of-day procedures are completed. Must be able to work independently and have strong problem-resolution skills.

**Your Day To Day Duties**
- Welcome and register guests expeditiously provide information to guests as needed.
- Be the hotel’s brand ambassador on arrival and offer a fond farewell on departure.
- Provide excellent guest services assisting guests with their needs or resolving issues.
- Be knowledgeable in all hotel emergency procedures.
- Comply with all Archive standards, policies and procedures at all times.
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

**You have**:

- Excellent customer service and computer skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule along with Overnight Shifts
- Must be able to work Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work independantly
- Must have 1-2 years night auditor or accounting experience or front desk agent experience
- Experience with Maestro, ProfitSage, Zingle, and Outlook preferred.

**Special Requirements and Certifications**:

- Flexibility as long hours are sometimes required.
- Ability to stand/walk during entire shift.
- Able to lift up to 25lbs.
