**Representative. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our clients and sales representatives.**_
- **POSITION OVERVIEW**_

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES**

**Responsible for ensuring the effective performance of customer service functions.**
- Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner while maintaining established policies and procedures.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using our order management system.
- Ensures that customers are properly informed of the status of their orders. Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Ensures that related order documentation is complete and that files are updated and maintained.
- Actively listen to customer feedback and relay important information to the appropriate departments within the company.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product catalogues and stay updated on new products and programs.
- Maintains and projects the Company's professional reputation in all activities.
- Continuously strive to improve the customer service experience by suggesting process improvements or system enhancements.
- Assume responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.

**Responsible for providing effective sales support.**
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide product information, pricing, and inventory availability.
- Ensures excellent customer technical support. Research and resolve technical problems to the best of their ability.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to maximize sales potential.
- Gathers and summarizes customer concerns and provides appropriate solutions or alternatives within established company guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Responsible for forwarding sales and customer leads to appropriate personnel for follow up.
- Participates in the development of technical training as required.
- Assume responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with Company personnel and management.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Education/Certification**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Degree preferred but not required.
- Bilingual in French and English preferred.

**Skills/Abilities**:

- Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a wholesale or retail environment.
- Familiarity with sporting apparel and the sports industry is a plus.
- Proficient in using computer systems, order management software, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of decoration / embroidery procedures an asset.
- Knowledge of EDI processes an asset.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Salary**: $42,500.00-$48,000.00 per year
