**MORE SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Creation and administration of customer orders
- Coordination with production planning and warehouse on order fulfillment
- Filling/execution of customer orders
- Coordination of outbound freight
- Ongoing correspondence with Customers on expected/outstanding orders
- Generation/issuance of customer invoices based on pricing agreement(s)

**MUST HAVES**:

- Customer service experience (ideally 2+ years)
- Microsoft Excel experience (pivot tables, lookups)
- ERP experience (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Power Bi Experience an asset
