About the role
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who loves solving problems and keeping customers happy. You’ll handle incoming inquiries, track orders/shipments, and coordinate with internal teams to make sure every interaction ends on a high note.
What you’ll do
- Track orders/shipments and provide timely updates; escalate delays or exceptions when needed.
- Process orders, returns, and adjustments accurately; keep records and tickets up to date in our systems/CRM.
- Maintain clean, reliable data (e.g., updating spreadsheets, generating simple reports).
- Collaborate with operations/dispatch/warehouse to keep commitments on time.
- Contribute to customer loyalty by identifying opportunities to improve the experience.
What you’ll bring
- 1-2 years in customer service (contact centre, logistics, retail, or office environment).
- Clear, friendly communication (spoken & written); confident phone etiquette.
- Comfortable with MS Office (especially Excel) and ticketing/CRM tools.
- Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and ability to juggle priorities.
- Language skills beyond English (Punjabi/Hindi/Urdu) are an asset for serving our local community.
Nice to have
- Experience in transportation, e-commerce, or service/repair scheduling.
