**Experience**:

- Previous experience in the sushi restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
