**POSITION OVERVIEW**
We’re seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Servers to elevate the guest experience across City Centre Grille, Patio 37, and Langford Lanes. If you're passionate about hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, we’d love to meet you. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional food and beverage service with precision, warmth, and genuine care - ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and delighted. Evening and weekend availability is essential to support peak service times.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Welcome guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism, promptly take and fulfill food and beverage orders, and contribute to an exceptional dining experience by anticipating needs and elevating customer satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Complete daily administrative duties, including the accurate and timely execution of daily and weekly checklists to ensure operational consistency and accountability.
- Carry out daily cleaning duties as assigned, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout all Front of House areas. Follow established cleaning protocols, ensure proper use of sanitation products, and promptly address any cleanliness concerns to support a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.
- Accurately and efficiently process cash, credit, and debit payments using a Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- First Aid Certification (or willing to obtain).
- Serving It Right Certification (or willing to obtain).
- Criminal Record Check
- Previous customer service / food & beverage experience is considered an asset.
**WORKING CONDITIONS**
While the primary work location is Langford Lanes, City Centre Grille, and Patio 37, duties may also take place elsewhere across the complex. Responsibilities can include physical tasks such as lifting and cleaning, along with a variety of administrative and customer service duties.
