A special person who is willing to help others feel their best We are looking for a permanent, full-time Chiropractic Clinic Receptionist. We would like to grow by teaching the special person to be an Office Manager in our warm, fun, energetic modern Wellness Practice. The goal is to support in the tasks needed to manage the staff and patients, booking and billing, patient flow, cleaning, and marketing. **Education**: Secondary School, Health Care Admin

**Experience**: Relevant professional office or clinic experience is preferred. Having a kinesiology or rehab background is an asset. Customer service industry experience is an asset.

This is mainly a receptionist role, which will include greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling, taking payments, setting up care plans, operating computer software rapidly & efficiently, other office clerical duties, and assisting with clinic patient flow.

**RESPONSIBILITIES include: COMPLETE TRAINING PROVIDED**

Take the pressure off the Doctors

Manage the clinic experience pre and post the Chiropractic Acupuncture treatment.

Opening and closing setup of the clinic.

Providing assistance and information to increase sales provided at the clinic

Greeting patients and visitors, making them feel welcomed and comfortable

Booking and scheduling patients, checking patients in and out, issuing receipts after visits

Maintaining cleanliness around the clinic, including organizing laundry

Monitoring and maintaining inventory supply

Other related administrative tasks

**HOURS**: PLEASE NOTE BEFORE APPLYING

Monday 9:30am-7:30pm

Tuesday 10am-6:30pm

Wednesday 9:30am-2:30pm

Thursday 1:30-7:30pm

Friday 10am-6:30pm

=approx. 30-40 hours

Additional or less hours are sometimes required for administration work (outside of the above posted times). Sometimes opening or closing times might vary depending on bookings.
