**Health & Wellness Centre Front Desk Receptionist**
- About us: Emkiro Health Services has been providing the downtown Toronto core with access to expert professional health services, since 2006._

**Type**: Permanent following 3 month probationary period, Full time, Available immediately

**Hours**: 11:00 am - 7:00 pm Monday to Thursday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm Friday

**Wages**: $20/hour

**Qualifications**:

- Professional, fluent oral and written English skills required
- Computer fluency required
- Sales and point of sale transaction experience required
- Knowledge and familiarity with chiropractic and physical therapies is an asset
- Must be willing to take direction, learn new tasks and work in a team environment
- Familiar with Billing Extended Health Insurance (EHC) and Motor Vehicle Accident Insurance (MVA) with HCAI system
- Organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required
- Proximity to clinic location is an asset for ease of access as potential keyholder
- Further training will be provided

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming patients / clients
- Promoting all health services ans products to all clients/patients and potential clients/patients
- Provide professional customer service to new and existing clients/patients
- Answering phones professionally while managing multiple calls effectively
- Scheduling and re-scheduling patient appointments on site or tele-health
- Contacting and scheduling incoming referrals and appointment requests
- Answering patient inquiries and providing patient education
- Collecting patient feedback where applicable
- Direct Billing extended health and MVA insurance (HCAI), collecting payments and issuing receipts
- Patient recalls
- Maintaining the clinic cleanliness and disinfection protocols
- Working with health providers to promote health services when recommended
- Key-holder responsibilities
- University degree is recommended
- Health care / medical reception experience is beneficial
- Cover letter indicating why this can be a great long term fit is highly recommended

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
