We are looking for an Administration, Credit and Collections Technician to join our dynamic team. Under the supervision of the finance department, you play an essential role in the effective management of customer accounts and help maintain the financial stability of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Credit Reviews:

- Analyze customer creditworthiness by reviewing their financial history.
- Establish appropriate credit limits in accordance with company policies.
- Management of Customer Accounts:

- Ensure regular follow-up of payments by closely monitoring customer accounts.
- Respond to customer requests for information regarding their accounts.
- Interdepartemental Collaboration:

- Work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs.
- Reporting and Analytics:

- Write regular reports on performance indicators associated with customer accounts.
- Propose recommendations to improve process efficiency.

**Qualifications**
To join our team, you must have, among other things:

- Degree in administration, finance, or related field.
- Previous experience in administration, credit and collections (asset)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Bilingual (French and English) spoken and written, as you will have to work closely with internal clients across Canada.
