**Mandate**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively analyze credit limits and assess risk of all active customers
- Review, approve and open new accounts while adhering to company policy
- Maintain the accuracy of all customer documentation including all sales tax certificates and company information
- Collect outstanding customer accounts to ensure timely payments
- Review and approve orders on credit hold
- Work closely with Sales, Service and Management to help exceed customer expectation
- Work as a team to help achieve collection objectives and companywide targets
- Act as a backup to colleagues, when required

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of credit and collections experience
- Strong analytical skills in investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Ability to research and read financial information, including financial statements
- Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Relevant du Contrôleur Financier, nous recherchons un(e) Analyste, Crédit et recouvrement pour gérer le risque financier de tous les clients en ouvrant de nouveaux comptes, en établissant des limites de crédit appropriées, en maintenant et en recouvrant les créances impayées, en approuvant les commandes des clients et en affectant les liquidités au besoin. Ce rôle soutient les objectifs stratégiques globaux de l’entreprise visant à accroître notre clientèle et à maintenir un flux de trésorerie sain.

**Responsabilités**:

- Analysez de manière proactive les limites de crédit et évaluez les risques de tous les clients actifs
- Examiner, approuver et ouvrir de nouveaux comptes tout en respectant la politique de l’entreprise
- Maintenir l’exactitude de tous les documents clients, y compris tous les certificats de taxe de vente et les informations sur l’entreprise.
- Recouvrez les comptes clients impayés pour garantir des paiements en temps opportun
- Examiner et approuver les commandes en attente de crédit
- Appliquer et traiter les paiements, y compris les chèques, les TEF et les cartes de crédit
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les ventes, le service et la direction pour aider à dépasser les attentes des clients.
- Travailler en équipe pour aider à atteindre les objectifs de recouvrement et les cibles à l’échelle de l’entreprise
- Agir en renfort auprès de ses collègues, au besoin

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en crédit et recouvrement
- Solides compétences analytiques dans l’investigation et la résolution des divergences.
- Capacité à rechercher et à lire de l’information financière, y compris des états financiers.
- Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et sens de l’urgence
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office
