**Summary**

We are seeking a talented Chef to join our culinary team at Inn on Prince. In this role, you will be responsible for creating delicious dishes that delight our guests while ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. This position is vital to maintaining our reputation for excellence in the hospitality industry.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and prepare a diverse menu that meets the needs of our guests.
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality standards and presented attractively.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management and food safety protocols.
- Lead and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor food costs and implement strategies to minimize waste.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent culinary skills with creativity in menu development.
- Leadership abilities with experience in team management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
