Workplace Arrangements:
This role will follow a hybrid remote/onsite schedule. Applicants for this role can expect to work on-site from our Ottawa Head Office, on Walkley Road 2-4 days a week.

What You'll be Doing:
- Deliver on aspects of the people plan(labour, process and tools) as assigned by the L3 Head of HR Business Partnerships.- Deliver, and maintain communication on HR systems, programs and processes that are in place to support functional areas HR needs and Gaps.- Monitor and maintain compliance around HR policies/labour legislation and identify risks and actions to escalate to the Head of HR Business Partnerships as needed.- Provide feedback from client to COEs and HR Ops to ensure programs and guiding principles meet the needs of the functional group(s).- Manage and ensure there is coaching and counselling on employee relations and labour relations programs, policies and procedures that impact your functional group(s).- Build business relationships as a trusted and proactive HR Partner to drive employee engagement.- Develop HR Specific content as the Subject Matter Expert.
What You'll Bring:
- University or college degree in business, HR or a related field; or equivalent experience- Bilingualism English and French-
- 5+years of people management experience- 5+ years experience in an HR role, with relevant experience in investigations- 5+ years of people management experience- Ability to inspire, motivate and develop team members at all levels- Ability to communicate/build relationships with various team stake holders across functional departments- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills- Strong verbal and written presentation skills- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines- Effective impacting, critical thinking and influencing skills- Experience working with an in HRIS platform- Acts with the highest professional standards of personal and professional integrity
Assets You May Have:
- HR designation such as CHRP or CHRL, either in progress or completed
Travel Requirements:
- Occasional travel with overnight stay required (Our Montreal Buying Office, located in Laval).
