Job Description

P1AG employs over 500 people in 21 offices throughout Canada and the United States. One of North America’s leading providers of interactive video, redemption, amusement gaming and vending equipment, we specialize in solution servicing and design for a wide range of customers in the theatrical exhibition vertical as well as community-based entertainment destinations such as bowling centres, restaurants, arcades, shopping centres and water parks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create all equipment, fixed asset, and expense PO’s for all P1AG North America Offices.
- Forward PO’s to vendors and enter them on Excel for tracking.
- Contact vendors to ensure equipment is ready in time to meet install deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with requisitioning departments regarding order/delivery status.
- Monitor & update the P1AG Capital Approval Process.
- Sell Capital Asset to the routes and provide costs to route admin.
- Ensure all pricing and discounts are upheld and reflected on PO’s.
- Handle inter company sales between Canada and the US.
- Maintain and update manufacturer pricing in PeopleSoft.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 2-3 years purchasing experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with intermediate level Excel skills
- Experience with PeopleSoft not required but a plus
- Strong work ethic with a drive to learn
- Detail oriented
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
- Team player who can effectively collaborate with both internal and external customers
