**Responsibilities**:
**Program Manager 1**

**THE ROLE**:
The NBIO (North Bridge I/O) Team develops unique product-differentiating high-performance I/O subsystems that meaningfully increase the competitiveness of AMD products. As a Program Manager in NBIO Operations, you will be working with a large global team to manage overall departmental operations and drive strategic initiatives.

**THE PERSON**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Central point of contact for internal and external teams for NBIO Operations.
- Develop effective partnerships and collaborations with business partners (e.g. HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Facilities, etc).
- Drive project scoping for new SoC IP development, SoC-agnostic long-lead IP development, and various strategic initiatives.
- Provide budgetary planning and resource management analyses.
- Collect, analyze, organize, and publish data via dashboards and/or reports.
- Uplevel data and create presentations for executive consumption.
- Transform high-quality data into actionable business insights that enable data-driven and predictive decision-making.
- Establish policies and procedures to ensure data access, security and compliance, and quality.
- Identify improvement opportunities in departmental processes and continuously strive for simplification and efficiency enhancement.

**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE**:

- At least 3 years of experience in program management and/or data analytics.
- Knowledge of ASIC IP/SOC development flow highly preferred.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of databases, SQL, PowerBI, eazyBI is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proven track record to multitask effectively and manage competing priorities.
- Flexible schedule to work with global teams (Asia and North America).

**ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS**:

- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is desired.
