A Dining Room Server is an integral part of our guest experience team. The role involves delivering a superior dining experience to our guests while they join us to enjoy their down time with friends, family and colleagues.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Pleasantly and courteously greeting and seating customers upon arrival
- Providing efficient and timely service during customers’ dining experience
- Clearly articulate questions about the menu items to guests, and address questions knowledgably when it comes to ingredients and dietary restrictions.
- Providing suggestions for and awareness of beverage choices and product availability
- Empathetic and timely customer recovery when required
- Cleaning and bussing tables
- Carrying drinks and food from the kitchen or bar area to the tables
- Process payments through POS System and Credit Card/Debit terminals.
- Perform routine deep cleaning tasks and projects
- Go above and beyond to “WOW” our guests with empowerment to address guest dissatisfaction
- Restock and presentably maintain supplies and equipment
- Strictly adhere to Hotel, Ownership and Brand policies pertaining to Food Safety, Safe Serving, Inventory Control, Supplies Management and discarding of product
- Strictly adhere to WHMS, Occupational Health and Safety and Emergency Procedures at the Hotel to ensure guest and team member safety
- Other duties as required or assigned

Part-time hours: 15-40 per week

**Salary**: $13.35 per hour
