Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. * Smart Serve Required.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries with a friendly demeanor.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
  • Handle transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing the cash register.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
  • Assist in creating new drink recipes and promoting special beverages or events.

Skills

  • Strong background in hospitality with experience in restaurant or food service environments.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
  • Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods.
  • Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and food safety practices is preferred.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Cashiering experience is beneficial for handling transactions smoothly.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
