This role will be a Dartmouth-based in office / hybrid position.
**The Opportunity**:
You are a dynamic and motivated new graduate looking to grow your sales experience. You will play a critical role in expanding Maplewave’s customer base by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the Pharmacy sector and other sectors if applicable. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is passionate about sales and eager to kick-start their career in a fast-paced and rewarding industry.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits and features of our Pharmacy Point-of-Sale solution.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs and tailoring demonstrations.
- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to identify potential sales leads and strategies.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and update the sales pipeline in Hubspot ensuring accurate and timely tracking of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product owner to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights into sales performance and market trends.
**Requirements**:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate product value propositions. Strong interest in sales and a desire to learn and grow in a sales role. Previous sales experience or internships are a plus. Highly motivated, self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
