**Join the team at Vandal Doughnuts, Halifax’s most creative and unapologetically bold doughnut shop** We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Representative who loves connecting with people and has a passion for delivering memorable experiences. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes customers, shares our ever-changing lineup of inventive flavors, and helps make every visit as fun and unique as our Doughnuts.

About You
- Friendly, energetic, and passionate about customer experience.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast-paced, creative bakery environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Team player who can multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- **Customer Interaction**: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, take orders accurately, handle payments.
- **Product Presentation**: Display doughnuts attractively, explain daily flavors and specials—including catering offerings.
- **Order Management**: Coordinate custom or large orders, assist with catering inquiries (donut walls, cakes, gender-reveal, etc.).
- **Support and Cleanliness**: Keep the front counter clean and well-stocked; support bakery staff during busy periods.
- **Brand Ambassador**: Embody Vandal’s creative and rebellious brand — enthusiastic, welcoming, and professional.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer-facing, food-service, or retail roles is a plus.
- Comfortable using cash register or POS systems.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and potentially evening shifts.

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
