Rental Management Assistant

**Overview**
Part-time may lead to full time.
**Duties**:
- Handle administrative tasks such as paperwork and data entry (Real estate related documents for purchase/rentals, tenancy-related documents)
- Manage and update property listings on various platforms
- Create marketing material (Newsletter, Social media posts, flyer, brochure)
- Manage property management platform and monthly invoices.
- Communicate with strata and trades
- Arrange and schedule appointments
- Assist with property listings, showings, and open houses
**Skills**:
- Ability to work under time sensitive deadlines and multitasking
- Familiar with posting/reposting and ads on social media platforms: Facebook/IG/Xiaohongshu/Wechat
- Language: Excellent English writing and communication skills. Mandarin - Read & Write Chinese (required)
- Able to work weekends & sometimes evenings.
- Have a valid B.C. Driver's license and a vehicle
**Job Type**: Freelance
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
