Construction Project Coordinator
**Duties**:
- Coordinate and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications
shop drawings, submittals etc.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines
- Monitor RFI's, CO,s, LEEDS, closeout documents etc.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and
progress reports-Invoicing, progress billing etc.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure compliance with all safety documents and protocols
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction coordination or related field preferred-Strong
computer skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using software for project management tasks such as fieldwire / aconex
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
