Coast Mountain Roof Ltd. is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented **Project Coordinator** to support our roofing operations from planning to close-out. If you're tech-savvy, deadline-driven, and ready to take ownership of logistics and communication, we want to hear from you.

**What You'll Do**:
Coordinate with superintendents, clients, vendors, and crews to keep jobs running smoothly

Manage project documentation: permits, change orders, contracts, inspections

Track schedules, resource allocation, materials, and equipment deliveries

Prepare safety documentation and job start-up packages

Ensure site logistics are planned and communicated effectively

Support quality assurance, safety compliance, and project close-out

**Must-Haves**:
2+ years of experience in project coordination (roofing/construction preferred)

Attention to detail, critical thinking, and adaptability

Tech savvy (MS Office, Pipedrive, RoofR, or similar)

Excellent communication and typing skills

Strong organizational and prioritization abilities

Knowledge of roofing safety practices and terminology

Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-moving team

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM schedule
