Westerner Park is seeking a Human Resources Administrative Assistant summer student to join our team this Summer as part of the Canada Summer Jobs Program Here’s what you’ll be doing:

- Assist with day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function including both HR and Volunteer support
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Workforce business unit
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Support with HR Projects and development of training presentations
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support with front desk administration duties, including but not limited to answering phones, greeting guests, and office administration tasks as requested
- Assist with report and presentation preparation

Is this you? Here’s what we’re looking for:
Attending a business-related post-secondary program, or being a recent graduate, preferably with a **Human Resources focus**, is an asset
- Human Resources experience is an asset
- Experience using the Microsoft Office 365 suite
- A pleasant, positive, and courteous attitude
- Must qualify for the Canada Summer Jobs Program

Rate of Pay: $18.00 Per Hour
