Key Responsibilities:
**General Carpentry**:

- Perform general carpentry tasks, including constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures.
- Work with a variety of materials, including wood, metal, and composites.
- Install cabinets, countertops, and other interior fixtures.

**Finishing Carpentry**:

- Perform finishing carpentry tasks, including installing trim, molding, and other decorative elements.
- Ensure all finishing work is completed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
- Sand, stain, and paint surfaces as needed to achieve the desired finish.

**Quality and Safety**:

- Ensure all work is completed according to building codes and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality and accuracy of the work.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Communicate effectively with the Lead Carpenter, project managers, and site supervisors.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in framing, general carpentry, or finishing carpentry.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Concrete Experience is an asset

Pay: $24.00-$40.00 per hour
