**We are looking to hire a **Digital Manager & Admin** **Lead (Maternity Leave 12-18 Months Contract)**

**Scope**:
The **Digital Manager & Admin** **Lead** role is responsible for the day-to-day relationship management of various retailer accounts in Canada (defined at DODS discretion) and is the lead on all administrative duties for the Digital department (which includes but is not limited to, content management, product management, promotion setups and new vendor launches/setups). Responsibilities in this role include maintaining strong retailer relationships, driving sales growth for a robust product portfolio**, initiating innovation and new ideas at retailers across Canada, effectively leading and delegating tasks & responsibilities to the Program Administrator (dotted line reporting structure) and assisting the DODS with various admin and retail initiatives in the US market as required.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of your assigned retailers, which includes regular meetings, managing the product strategy, driving new initiatives, networking with key stakeholders, leading all required admin and ensuring the overall relationship is positive.
- Expand the S2G digital program to include in store solutions for our retailers based on their technical capabilities. Work with retail teams to develop in store digital merchandising initiatives and other new initiatives that will help drive incremental demand/sales.
- Present S2G digital initiatives to retail in conjunction with S2G physical sales teams where relationships exist and establish new retail relationships.
- Assist in identifying and driving improvements to internal systems when needed; aimed at improving the efficiency of the digital team and driving new business.
- Personnel management and leadership (dotted line) - as department grows, DMAL will be responsible for guiding and delegating to admin support in conjunction with DODS.
- Work closely with internal marketing, purchasing, operations and finance departments to ensure customer requirements are met. The team’s goals are to enhance productivity, efficiencies, and customer satisfaction.
- Liaise and attend meetings and trade shows or other company functions (as necessary) to perform duties and aid business and the organizational development.
- Assist DODS with responsibilities that include but are not limited to, driving new business, completing sales forecasts, running sales reports, reviewing contracts and executing partner presentations.
- Attend recurring sales meeting and key vendor sales presentations, as required.

**Lead and/or delegate the**:

- Collection and maintenance of item pricing & metadata from digital vendors.
- Collection of assets and maintain digital catalogue with support of S2G Marketing dept.
- Setup for new products and retailers in collaboration with the Purchasing and IT teams
- Management of retailer item files, including item maintenance, price protections, web updates and promotional execution.
- Execution of all promotional events and reconcile with retailer & vendor partners.
- Audits of retailer websites to ensure accuracy of web content and pricing.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience working with retailers in an administrative, sales or customer service focused role.
- Self motivated, can effectively organize priorities and multitask various responsibilities in order to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior written & verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills and is comfortable having sensitive and challenging conversations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Results oriented, with a positive outlook.
- Ability to work well independently and as a member of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience working with Great Plains software is an asset.
