Client Experience Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Welcoming clients and visitors, verifying their information, and checking them in upon arrival.
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Cleaning the waiting room between clients, distributing masks and encouraging hand sanitation.
- Managing incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Miscellaneous office duties as required.
**What you bring**:
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service experience to all clients and visitors.
- A customer service-oriented background.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use applicable computer equipment and software.
