**Position Title**:Client Coordinator**
**Job Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with patients and colleagues — adding to first class client experience.
- Delivers excellent customer service and possesses strong telephone/verbal skills.
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day clinical tasks, ensuring the efficient flow of client care— adding to first class client experience.
- Works well under pressure, both independently and as a team.
- Pays close attention to detail and obtains strong organizational skills
- First point of contact for all inquiries via telephone, correspondence, online, and in-person
- Third party billing for multidisciplinary services
- Payment reconciliation
- Daily communication with internal team on operation, and clinic interactions and client-related items
- Upselling of Blue Door services and memberships
**Position Summary**:
- Perform Administrative/Reception duties including but not limited to: Patient communication, chart noting, payment reconciliation, follow up, medical admin
- Assistance in inventory management, data entry
- Charting, Updating Patient Files, Maintaining in-house stock
- Ability to establish and maintain rapport with clients
- Oversee patient scheduling, clinic workflows, and care coordination to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Handle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously
**Education, Training and Experience**:
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, community-based environment
- Previous clinic, or patient coordinator experience
- Proven administrative training, multitasking skills, handling of multi-line switchboard and in-house clientele
**Skills and Abilities**:
- Strong Command of computers, including electronic medical records, Google Suite; experience with scheduling software is preferred.
- Works well in a multidisciplinary team: understands needs of patients and practitioners with anticipatory initiative
- Organizational and time management skills
- Enthusiasm, pleasant and polished consistent demeanor and positive outlook
- Solution oriented mindset
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment, fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere
