Business Partner and Workspace Manager

We're launching an innovative shared workspace designed to become a vibrant hub for professionals, remote workers, and growing businesses. We're seeking an entrepreneurial partner who will be instrumental in both launching and managing this exciting venture.
**Role Overview**
As both a partner and operational leader, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape and grow a new coworking space from the ground up. Your success will directly translate to your earnings, as compensation is tied to the space's revenue performance.
**Key Responsibilities**
*Lead the workspace launch, including space design, amenity planning, and establishing operational systems.
*Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain members
*Create and maintain partnerships with local businesses and community organizations
*Manage day-to-day operations, including member relations and event programming
*Handle financial aspects including pricing strategies, budget management, and revenue optimization
*Build and nurture a thriving community within the workspace
*Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of self-directed initiative
*Strong business acumen and experience in business development or sales
*Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
*Demonstrated ability to multitask and handle various operational aspects of a business
*Experience in customer service, community building, or hospitality management is valuable
*Knowledge of the Regina business community is a plus

**Required Investment**
*Full-time commitment to launching and growing the business

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $1,000.00-$6,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 10 - 60 per week
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
