**Job Description -**The Summer Crew Member (SCM) position at GreenCo is a critical piece of our summer operations. While at work, the SCM will be responsible to deliver high quality and friendly property maintenance service to our clients around the city.

**What Winning Looks Like -**Maintaining the agreed upon service schedule while following all safety standards and delivering high quality service to all customers, resulting in no complaints.

**Time Requirements -**20-40hrs per week, all day shifts, depending on your availability or desire. Schedule flexibility and changes when required can absolutely be accommodated. This position involves a lot of self-management and with that comes flexibility and trust for the right person

**Responsibilities -**The Summer Crew Member will be responsible for:

- Assist in landscaping projects when needed
- Safely operate GreenCo’s lawn spraying truck according to all safety guidelines and training
- Safely operate company vehicles with courtesy to other drivers
- Deliver quality, consistent, and efficient lawn care services to customers
- Interact with customers when needed with eager professionalism, respect, and care
- Be a strong ambassador of GreenCo, and comply with all character expectations while at work, which include but are not limited to no profanity, no tobacco or e-cigarette use, proper wearing of company uniform, etc.
- At all times embody a solutions-oriented, can-do attitude
- Report for work on-time based on the agreed upon schedule week-to-week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
