**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepare all pre-made meal and menu items for the café
- Prepare stock items and inventory for the café
- Prepare baked goods and any additional food item requests
- Responsible for completely mandatory opening and closing kitchen procedures
- Responsible for ensuring all Food Handlers procedures are being following consistently
- Comply with all policies, procedures and health and safety standards
- Ensure supplies are stocked
- Serve customers with excellence
- Offer creative ideas to enhance the experience
- Assist the ’76 Supervisor on any projects or tasks
- Work directly with the ’76 Sips Supervisor for completing promotions, specials, etc..
**SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Must be Food Handlers Safety Certified
- Ability to prepare and handle food in a safe and efficient manner
- Competent in food handling safety and cleanliness
- Ability to follow direction and detailed instructions carefully
- Good understanding of Emotional Wisdom tools
- Demonstrates organizational skills and excellent attention for detail
- Good verbal and written communication abilities
- Efficient use of time
- Fluent in use of smart vendor
**Personal**
- High ethical standards
- Able to function calmly under pressure
- Change job focus quickly as demands change
**Communication**
- Good listening skills and the ability to communicate clearly and simply
Part-time to start and potentially move into full-time hours: 30-40 per week
