**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and motivating members to achieve targets through coaching and development.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on expanding B2B (business-to-business) relationships and increasing revenue streams.
- Identify new business opportunities by conducting market analysis, competitor research, and customer needs assessments.
- Cultivate strong client relationships through effective account management, negotiation, and personalized customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Drive outside sales initiatives by engaging with prospective clients at their locations, attending industry events, and leveraging technology sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
- Oversee technical sales processes by understanding product specifications, providing tailored solutions to clients’ needs, and supporting complex negotiations.
- Lead business development efforts by identifying new markets, partnerships, or channels that align with company objectives.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future performance, and make informed decisions that optimize growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations while maintaining high standards of customer service excellence.
**Qualifications**:
- 5 years+ sales management experience
- Attention to detail and with proven methods, best practices and procedures in place for effective & efficient results.
- Hospitality experience preferred, not limited.
- Proven experience in outside sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets in B2B environments.
- Demonstrated management skills with experience leading teams toward achieving strategic objectives.
- Expertise in marketing strategies that support sales growth and brand positioning.
- Solid understanding of technology sales processes and technical product solutions.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and analyzing data.
- Exceptional negotiation skills combined with the ability to close complex deals effectively.
- Strong business development capabilities with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret sales metrics, market trends, and customer feedback for strategic planning.
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, foster innovation, and promote a customer-centric culture.
