**Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Provide product information and demonstrate features to enhance customer understanding.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash transactions with accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed and stocked.
- Utilize basic math skills for transactions and inventory management.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer experience.
- Participate in merchandising efforts to create appealing product displays.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English
- Familiarity with technology sales and technical products is highly desirable.
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
