Come join the team at The Brick Cranbrook, an independently owned and operated franchise of Canada's biggest Home Furnishings Retailer We are actively looking to hire enthusiastic team members with a great customer focused attitude No previous sales experience is required Responsibilities Full time 4-5 shifts per week (Store hours 10-6 Monday to Saturday) Unlimited income potential with commission base backed by guaranteed hourly wage Extensive training will be provided Health/dental benefits plus life/disability insurance available after 6 months Staff discounts and other incentives available Qualifications Provide amazing no-pressure service to our valued customers Build client rapport for continued relationship selling Sales order maintenance to ensure timely delivery of inventory Provide clear, concise information to customers Continued learning for optimal knowledge of products, promotions & policies Assist with showroom merchandising and cleaning Why The Brick?
