We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our team at Jensen's Plumbing & Heating. As a Project Coordinator you will report directly to the General Manager & assist in all aspects of Project Management & Estimating. **Responsibilities**:

- Drafting of Project Schedules, Change Orders, RFI, Shop Drawings, & RFQs
- Tracking and Filing COs, RFI, SI, Shop Drawings, Updated Plans & Specifications
- Tracking & Placing Material Orders
- Review & Follow up on Purchase Orders
- Coordinating incoming Change orders with Site staff, Sub Trades, & Suppliers
- Provide Information to site staff
- Drafting of Maintenance Manuals & Close out Documentation
- Sending RFQ to Suppliers and sub trades

**Qualifications**:

- A Minimum 2 years experience in mechanical or construction industry is preferred
- Background in Mechanical engineering is preferred
- Completion of Post Secondary
- Hands on trade experience is considered an asset
- Well organized with ability to multitask
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, & Word.
- Proficient English oral and written communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
