**Job Summary**

Reporting to the Landscaping General Manager, the Landscaping Admin Assistant plays a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of the Landscaping Department. This dynamic role is responsible for managing a wide range of high-level administrative tasks, ensuring projects run efficiently from start to finish. Acting as a critical support partner to the Landscaping General Manager, the Landscaping Admin Assistant takes ownership of day-to-day coordination, communication, and process management, helping drive the success of seasonal landscaping projects.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Project and Warranty Coordination
- Complete and track calls to Alberta One-Calls
- Porta-Potty orders and tracking
- Caliper tree/plant material ordering
- Update client profiles with warranty concerns
- Order warranty plants and materials, as required
- Set up permits as needed
- Create Project Files
- Assist with Landscaping enhancement and client communication

Aspire
- Generate Purchase receipts
- Update customer status in the system
- Update prices

Plant Coordination
- Prepare plant orders for design projects
- Coordinate substitutions with designers
- Work with Greenhouse Nursery Manager to coordinate trees and shrub orders to reduce costs

Office Administration
- Creation of general reports, as requested
- General organization of office
- Other duties that are required

Q**ualifications**
- Previous office administrative experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently
- Open and able to learn new systems
- Previous experience in a role with a high level of tasks
