**Job Summary**

The Landscape Estimator plays a key role in our team, directly supporting the Landscaping General Manager and driving the success of our projects. You’ll be out in the field, visiting client sites to assess Landscape Maintenance, Enhancements, Carpentry, and Warranties, translating these observations into precise, actionable estimates. From calculating material costs to forecasting labor and equipment needs, your expertise will shape the success of every project.

In addition to conducting pre-site visits and offering vital support to our field team, you'll actively engage with clients, showcasing and selling our premium maintenance packages and enhancement services. Your communication skills will also shine as you collaborate with warranty customers, all while ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every step.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Conduct Maintenance, Enhancement and Warranty site visits to determine scope of work
- Educate customers on maintaining their yard along with landscape best practices
- Estimate time and material in Maintenance and Enhancement services
- Update customer profiles
- Create a project plan for the installation & repairs of a project
- Troubleshoot and prepare technical warranty repairs
- Accountability for a high level of customer service
- Troubleshoot issues that arise on the job and modify them in collaboration with the landscape manager/crew and client
- Ability to understand and read elevations
- Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback
- Selling Maintenance packages to existing Clients as part of the enhancement experience
- Assist in with tasks including but not limited, shop duties, and greenhouse construction projects
- Design/Bid software - Aspire
- Work with design team - Carpentry Estimating
- Estimate Maintenance and Enhancement services
- Assist with project preparation
- Assist crew in onsite planning and structure
- Coordinate Plant substitutions with designers

**Qualifications**
- Experience in Landscape Estimation is considered an asset
- Ability to learn new estimating systems - Aspire
- Knowledge of Landscaping design software and willingness to learn new software (Dynascape)
- Ability to take direction, learn and work independently as well as part of a team
- Able to read design blueprints
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand and read elevations
- Plant identification - Trees, shrubs, perennials
- Attention to detail
- Process oriented
- Problem-solving and solution-focused
- Excellent Organizational skills to maintain high customer service with a high volume of customers
- Clean driver abstract and valid class 5 driver's license

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
