**About the Position**

The Landscape Foreman is a crucial link between designers and crew members, ensuring that every project reflects our commitment to excellence. As a field team leader, you will help develop team members and improve processes to deliver premium and award-winning customer residential landscapes.

**Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities**
- View job with Designers, Operations and, Client
- Create a project plan for the installation of the job
- Ability to step in and take over a job at any stage
- Accountability for the profitability and quality of the job
- Monitor and track job material and job progress
- Troubleshoot issues that arise on the job and modify the job in collaboration with the Designer and Client
- Responsible for crew timesheets
- Mentor and coach new employees on installation tactics
- Ability to understand and read elevations (building walls, patios, etc.) and drainage on projects
- Complete required paperwork and purchase orders
- Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback
- Responsibility for a safe work environment and the workers under Foreman supervision
- Responsible for cleanliness of sites and company vehicles and equipment
- Complete the required safety documents
- Incident reports
- Toolbox
- Hazard Assessments
- Inspections
- Operate equipment required for the job

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years experience in building custom residential landscaping
- Minimum of 3 years supervising and leading a crew of 2-3 people
- Must be able to push and pull 60-100 lbs
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and quality completion
- Strong communication skills
- Valid Class 5 Drivers Licence and minimum 3 years personal auto insurance

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Landscape Construction(Hardscape): 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (required)
- Personal Drivers Insurance for at least 3 years (required)
