**Location**: Multimatic C-Mech, Newmarket, Ontario, Canada

C-Mech is a division of the Multimatic Mechanism Group. C-Mech is looking for an Accounts Receive Clerk who will support all aspects of the Account Receivable function including the accuracy and reliable accounts receivable records.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and taking deposits to the bank.
- Collecting on overdue accounts.
- Reconciling the A/R sub-ledger to the general ledger on a monthly basis.
- Preparing A/R Aging and A/R Summary reports at month end.
- Petty Cash disbursements.
- Reception relief as necessary.
- Compiling tooling documentation for approval.
- Recording scrap revenues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Education and Experience**:

- Completion of a university degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of three years’ accounting experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in an environment using menu driven accounting package.
- Ability to handle large volume of paperwork and meet deadlines.
- Ability to successfully interact with all levels of employees in a multicultural environment.
- Proficient in SAP.
- Above average analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
