Our programs are designed for moms, dads, aunts, uncles, grandparents and best friends of all family types. While this is a place to create, it is also a calm, loving and caring community that puts young children's well-being at the forefront.

**Responsibilities**

Enjoy the Process is a Family
- oriented art program in Toronto, Ontario. As a team, we believe in the magic of open-ended, child-led art exploration.

We are looking for a **gentle, caring, ambitious and responsible** team player to assist with our children's **art & sensory play programs**. As our studio Manager, your general tasks include:

- Maintaining the cleaniness of the studio space at all times
- Set up & facilitate all studio programs during your work hours; prepare program materials and clean up.
- Some of our current studio programs include: family drop-ins, Homeschool Club, Preschool Club, Weekend Classes, Camps, Special Workshops, Birthday Party
- Clean-up includes washing and re-organizing all used tools according to the Company’s policy and expectations.
- Prepare and organize materials for upcoming programs
- Observe and document each child’s participation including learning interests and progress
- Documentation includes written notes, photo and video records
- Ensure children's safety at all times
- Implement program setup including the use of materials and tools based on observation
- Take photos and videos using the Company’s device
- Welcome all customers as they enter the Studio & introduce the space to everyone
- Ensure all customers have submitted full payment before exiting the Studio
- Must be available on some weekdays, Saturday & Sunday, school holidays ( PA Days, march break, summer break)

**Qualification & Skills**:
We are looking for a certified educator ( ECE/ OCT) who meets the following requirement
- Gentle and caring early childhood educator with prior experience working with children ages walking-8 years
- Appreciation for Reggio and Montessori Philosophy is a **MUST**:

- Self-starter who works well independently
- Committed to providing excellent customer service for our **messy explorers** & parent participants
- Team player who enjoys working with children and families
- **EXTREMELY Well organized, tidy and attentive to details**:

- Value yourself and appreciate your efforts as part of the Team

**This is an independent contractor position.**

**Business hours: Mon-Fri 9:00am - 5:00pm; Sat
- Sun 10:00am - 4:00pm**

**Salary**:$20.00 per hour
