**We are now hiring a** **Guest Service Administrator** - seeking someone with exceptional administrative and communication skills, along with strong attention to detail, an ability to multitask efficiently, and the desire to contribute to company growth

**Hours of Operation**:
Monday - Friday 9am-9pm

Saturday - Sunday 9am-5pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome new and existing clients upon arrival with a friendly greeting, check them in for their appointments, providing paperwork for ‘first time visits’ (Health History Form & Benefit Consignment Form).
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with clinic operating procedures, including maintenance of the reception area and treatment rooms.
- Laundering hand towels, blankets, fitted and regular sheets throughout shift.
- Embody a positive attitude with working knowledge of all Massage Addict services, prices, and membership terms.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, providing a high level of client-focused service and satisfaction.
- Professionalism, positive energy, patient and friendly with great people skills.
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment is a must.
- Access to reliable transportation with a record of punctuality at recent employment - to be validated by recent professional references.

**What we Offer**:

- Competitive wage starting at $18/hour, plus payable commissions.

**Job Title: Guest Service Administrator (Receptionist)**
