Afterschool Instructor

**Job Overview**

**Please Note**: This role requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, as classes are held at different schools or community locations.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide guidance and encouragement to help students develop independent learning skills.
- Create a supportive and structured environment that promotes focus and productivity.
- Monitor student progress and offer assistance as needed without directly completing work for them.
- Ensure a safe and respectful learning space for all students.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and parents.
- Patience, adaptability, and a supportive approach to learning.
- Ability to manage small groups and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.

Pay: $17.20 per hour
