**Company Description**:Alberta Laser Cladding Ltd, is a leading laser cladding service company in a located in Edmonton, Alberta Canada. ALC provides laser cladding and grinding services to local and international industry.

**Introduction**: Alberta Laser Cladding is hiring a cylindrical grinder and shop hand. This will be for an evening shift. 4:00 pm to 2:00 am Monday to Thursday. Within this role you will be required to work on the pre and post grind of Oil & Gas components in a well lit and clean shop environment. This job presents the opportunity to progress to laser clad operator.

**Responsibilities**:

- Read and Interpret engineer’s drawings
- Operate manual grinding machines.
- Grind both ID and OD of components.
- Document and report any deficiencies
- Maintain work station and keep up with housekeeping duties

**Qualifications**:

- Should have a Valid Class 5 Drivers License or reliable way to get to work
- Ability to drive a Forklift and operate an overhead crane an asset
- Previous grinding experience.
- Ability to efficiently work independently as well as in a team
- Attention to detail

**Shift**:Varies.

**Wage & Benefits**:

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
