Print & In-store Signage Coordinator - Hybrid

This position will be part of our Printing Sector and In-Store Marketing group. The Printing Sector has over 3,500 employees and 13 state-of-the-art print plants.

**About this opportunity**

This position will be responsible to support with Campaign signage and in-store experience for in-store brand banners and other signage initiatives or projects. This position will be located onsite at the client. The office is located around Highway 427 and Eglinton area. It will be a hybrid role with two days per week in the office (i.e. Tuesday and Wednesday) and the balance will be remote.

**What you will do**
- Support of Signage and POS production as it relates to in-store brand banners
- Support creative and production tactical briefs; project tracking workbacks, quotes, proofs, performance and innovation for all marketing campaigns, ad hoc projects and signage requirements for capital plans.
- Coordinate with Brand Marketing, Creative teams and other internal teams to generate accurate and timely execution of signage that is customized to each banner’s needs.
- Coordinate with print partners for timely execution and the creation of workback schedules, asset trackers, execution guides and communicate to internal stake holders.
- Collaborate with print partners and Signage Specialist to determine and select appropriate materials, signage elements and sizes to support the signage requirements for any given project.
- Support Signage Specialist to ensure accurate delivery of quotes by print partners and approvals to proceed for each execution.
- Support in coordination of approvals of press proofs with creative and brand leads.
- Create and develop effective and informative signage communication for every in-store execution keeping with an operational and store first mindset. Support in the development and ongoing maintenance of the banner floor plans and blocking calendars of signage real estate on a weekly basis to track all signage activity in store.

**What you have to offer**
- 1-3-years’ experience in the print and production industry and or in store marketing experience, retail environment, process and project management, working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent project management skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks from concept through implementation and deliver quality outcomes on time and on budget
- Strong verbal, written communication, negotiation and diplomacy skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking skills and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Collaborative and strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders
