**Aspen Heights** Retirement Residence is currently seeking a **Resident Care Supervisor** to join our team

**Shift type: Full Time Temporary (Until January 4th, 2026)**

**Shift hours: Monday - Friday 2:00 pm - 10:30pm / Weekends alternating every 4th weekend**

**Resident Care Supervisor**

The Resident Care Supervisor is responsible to assist in planning, directing, coordinating, and supervising the overall care services program for the residents within the facility. The goal is to achieve a high standard of care, ensuring safety, and to promote quality of life for all residents in a home like environment.

Requirements / Qualifications:

- Registered with CLPNA
- Possession of certificate of basic life support at basic rescuer level (minimum).
- Experience with independent; assisted living; supportive living and memory care residents
- Possession of good leadership, communication, and diplomatic relations skills.
- Must possess excellent planning skills, ability to coordinate activities and oversee a comprehensive nursing care program.
- Familiar with Audit Preparation (CCHSS / Accommodation Standards, etc.)
- Supporting frontline staff
