**The Position**

We are currently looking for proactive and reliable cleaners for our site in Vernon.
**This is a great job for students and any local applicants looking for work during the summer seasons.**
There is an option for applicants to keep this position as an annual recurring position.
- **Make your own schedule, as long as you work the same days every week**:

- **Full-time OR part-time**:
**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Cleaning of residential and commercial properties
- Replenish supplies such as soaps, paper towels and toilet paper
- Cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, waxing floors and vacuuming
- Cleaning spills, broken glass and other messes up as quickly as possible
- Coordinating duties with other cleaners
- Performing maintenance activities related to cleaning such as ensuring bathrooms are sanitary
- Ordering new cleaning supplies as needed

**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**
- Cleaning experience is an asset
- Reliable and a good communicator
- Excellent time management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication in English
- Must be proactive and be able to work independently with mínimal supervision

**COMPENSATION**: $20 per hour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vernon, ON K1Z 6T4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
