**Work Days / Hours**:7:00 am - 3:30 pm Tuesday to Friday and Saturday, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm with ½ unpaid lunch and 2 paid 15-minute breaks.

**Purpose of Role**:Responsible for the ordering, receiving, delivery, disbursement and record keeping of parts and materials.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Pull parts from inventory and supply to mechanics and field maintenance;
- Ownership of the parts room and parts;
- Issue parts on repair orders;
- Perform cycle counts and inventory counts;
- Keep the warehouse in neat and tidy order;
- Source parts from suppliers and work with procurement on purchasing;
- Manage bin locations, part numbers, min/max and dead inventory;
- Ship and receive materials as needed;
- Relief for Shipper/Receiver position;
- Adhere to all Tiger policies and procedures.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, WORK EXPERIENCE, SKILLS**
- Parts Technician certification would be considered an asset;
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License;
- Experience working with bin locations, part numbers, safety stock and min/max;
- Experience with cycle counts and inventory counts;
- Experience with data entry on work orders;
- Minimum five years experience working with industrial, heavy-duty truck parts and consumables in a transportation shop;
- Attention to detail with strong planning, organizational and communication skills;
- Experience working with consignment inventory;
- Experience operating a forklift would be an asset;
- Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment screening requirements, including drug and alcohol and health assessment.

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK CONDITIONS**
**Physical Requirements**:Physical demands are moderate, consisting primarily of sitting, standing, and walking.

**Working Conditions**:Warehouse setting. Comfortable with wearing PPE. Comfortable in a fast-paced setting. Exposure to conditions such as extreme heat or cold is possible.
