Efficiency Home Renovations is one of the GTA’s fastest-growing home renovation companies, specializing in kitchens, basements, and full-home remodels. We’re expanding our outreach team and looking for enthusiastic individuals to represent our brand in local neighborhoods.

**Position Overview**

This is a **door-to-door field position** — you’ll be walking through assigned neighborhoods, introducing homeowners to our renovation services, and **booking free consultations** with our project team.
You are **not selling or closing deals** — your role is to create first contact, provide friendly information, and help interested homeowners schedule a visit.

Those who excel in this role often move into full-time sales or team leadership positions as the company continues to grow.

**What You’ll Do**
- Go door-to-door in assigned residential areas to promote our renovation services.
- Engage homeowners in short, positive conversations about their renovation goals.
- Collect basic homeowner details and **book free consultation appointments**.
- Meet and exceed simple daily/weekly appointment goals.
- Represent the Efficiency Home Renovations brand with **professionalism, positivity, and energy**.

**Compensation & Schedule**
- **$21/hour base pay**:

- **Bonuses for each qualified appointment booked**:

- Average earnings**:$750-$1,000+ per week** (base + performance bonuses)
- **Flexible schedule**: 12-25 hours per week (evenings, weekdays, weekends available)

- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to commute to assigned areas

**Training & Support**
- 1-2 days of comprehensive onboarding covering product knowledge, pitch, and CRM tools
- Ongoing daily field support, coaching, and weekly performance reviews
- GPS check-ins and performance tracking for support and accountability
