**Brand Ambassador - Funday Indoor Playground**

**Compensation**: Starting at $17.20/hour

**About Us**
Funday is Mississauga’s newest and most exciting indoor playground, dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for kids and families. We host epic birthday parties, community events, and everyday fun—always with a smile. We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused **Brand Ambassador** to help us deliver the “Funday Difference.”

**What You’ll Do**

As a Funday Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the face of our playground, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, engaged, and cared for. You’ll:

- **Cleaning & Tidying**: Keep play areas, party rooms, and common spaces spotless by tidying toys, sanitizing equipment, and ensuring everything looks inviting.
- **Engage With Kids**: Play, interact, and join in activities to create a fun, safe, and inclusive atmosphere.
- **Party Planning & Hosting**: Coordinate and lead birthday parties, keeping kids entertained and parents stress-free.
- **Guest Management**: Greet guests warmly, confirm RSVPs, and make everyone feel at home.
- **Safety & Supervision**: Actively monitor playground activities to ensure children are safe at all times.
- **Event Support**: Assist with setup, cleanup, and special events to maintain smooth operations.
- **Multi-Role Support**: Jump in where needed—reception, café, or gift shop—while keeping a positive attitude.
- **Sales & Transactions**: Perform cashier duties, answer inquiries, and promote add-ons or upcoming events.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, childcare, or event hosting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with children is an asset.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform light physical work (lifting up to 25 lbs).
- Must complete a **Vulnerable Sector Check** within 30 days of hire (if 18+).
