**Responsibilities**:_
- Residential and Commercial Estimates: _
- Conduct on-site visits to residential and commercial properties to provide accurate and detailed estimates for our products or services.
- Assess customer needs and preferences, offering tailored solutions and pricing options.
- Maintain thorough documentation of estimates and follow up with potential customers to secure sales.
- On-Site Door-Knock Sales:_
- Proactively engage with potential customers through door-to-door interactions to introduce our products and services.
- Present compelling sales pitches, highlighting the benefits and features of our offerings.
- Address customer questions and concerns, overcoming objections to secure sales.
- Set Up Pick Signs/Flyers:_
- Place signs and distribute flyers in strategic locations to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Ensure that signage and marketing materials are well-maintained and presented professionally.
- Track the effectiveness of different advertising methods and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Cold Outreach:_
- Research and identify potential customers, utilizing various resources to gather contact information.
- Maintain a persuasive and professional approach while representing our company, highlighting the value we offer.
- Achieve Sales Targets:_
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, both in terms of revenue and new customer acquisition.
- Continuously prospect for new leads and opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service:_
- Ensure a positive customer experience by providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in a sales role.
